BC Human Rights Tribunal against the BCTF

On March 16, 2009 Kari Simspon filed a complaint with the BC Human Rights Tribunal against the BCTF,

Ministry of Education and Murray Corren for discriminating against students by prohibiting and/or failing

to provide psychological counseling for children suffereing from sexual identity confusion or
