In this postmodern era of mind-numbing ‘wokeness’, our playboy Prime Minister, perhaps trying to compensate for a childhood that has lasted into his 40s, has decreed that we must all adopt a distortion of the English language—which, it seems by all his “uuhs” and “ahhs” he surely despises—that eviscerates its precision and beauty.

We now must—by legal ukase—adopt a series of meaningless grunts that will reduce the meeting of two strangers to a parody of the mandarinate of the Ming Dynasty:

“Hello. My pronouns are faer and faers.”

“Hello. My pronouns are he and his.”

“Off with its head!” cried the Red Queen.

The English language—which has enabled accuracy and utility of expression through the Feudal, Enlightenment, Romantic, Industrial, Modern and Information eras—collapses today before Postmodernism, which decrees that there is no truth. And the so-called ‘news’ and entertainment media, the government, and the Education Establishment capitulate and, for the first time in our long and rich history, sacrifice freedom of thought and expression on the altar of ‘wokeness’.

For what? To accommodate the ‘feelings’ of the 0.6 percent of us who live in delusional fantasies. Instead of meeting their real need—for care and counselling to bring them out of delusion into the sunshine of reality—the New Mandarinate has decreed (in Bill C-16) that we must all conform to mandated speech.

Not only does this new ‘PostEnlightenment’ trendiness mandate the adoption of a series of meaningless grunts; it also trashes the grammatical discipline of number, with plural pronouns now attached to individuals … and, by the same logic, may soon apply solo pronouns to groups, replacing “them” with “zhers”. Why not?

Thus, the language of Shakespeare and Milton is being transformed from a symphonic instrument for the transmission of ideas into a carnival house full of distorting mirrors. This is not happening in any other language, as far as I know. The thought police are only on the prowl in English, seeking to enforce their conformity on the most international language on the globe.

We must agree together to rescue the English language from the oppressive, increasingly abusive power of government—a power, never forget, that is ultimately enforced by the gun and the prison—for the sake of our children and the civilizational culture they are to inherit; for without language that is accurate and expressive, they will not be able to think: they will be reduced to mute automata.

The pressure of their addiction to pixels is dangerous enough; don’t let a Kardashian government, addicted to fads, continue to put their tongues and their minds into bondage!

Rise up and join the rebellion against linguistic oppression!

For these achievements Paul Martin was honoured by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation on May 31st, 2014, and presented with the "Stop the Clock" award for getting Canada's finances in order and reducing Canada's debt. RoadKill Radio News: Mr. Justice Ian Binnie, the former Supreme Court of Canada judge who wrote the controversial decision in the landmark defamation case of WIC Radio Ltd. v. Simpson, is now facing the same charges of flawed reasoning, assumed facts, and lack of legal knowledge in a New Zealand case.

Last year, retired SCC Justice Binnie was paid nearly NZ$414,000 (about C$345,000) to review a demand for compensation by a New Zealand man whose conviction of murdering his parents and three siblings was overturned after 13 years.

In his review, Judge Binnie recommended compensation, reportedly as high as NZ$2 million (C$1.67 million), a review that New Zealand Justice Minister Judith Collins characterized as containing “… assumptions based on incorrect facts.” Collins said the review “… lacked a robustness of reasoning … to justify its conclusions.”

Kari Simpson, one of the litigants in the controversial case that went before the Supreme Court of Canada, wasn’t surprised by the public outing of now retired Justice Binnie by New Zealand Justice Minister Judith Collins.  Simpson wrote earlier today to Minister Collins to inform her that Justice Binnie has previous engaged in similar judicial deficiencies that include writing a decision that is “fraught with unsupported findings of fact, lies treated as facts, manufactured evidence.

Simpson said, “… the New Zealand government has experienced exactly the same corruption of the rule of law as I’ve pointed out to our Prime Minister, the Justice Minister and the Canadian Judicial Council, and how this sort of misconduct brings the judicial system into disrepute. This scandal bolsters the merits of my complaint.”

Simpson continued, “Perhaps if the Prime Minister, Justice Minister and the Canadian Judicial Council had acted on the red flags I raised, New Zealand could have saved itself nearly half a million dollars.”

A former Supreme Court of Canada judge is in hot water in New Zealand over what the Justice Minister there calls “a flawed report”.

It’s the same judge who, while sitting on the Canadian Supreme Court bench, wrote the decision in Kari Simpson’s defamation lawsuit—the scandalous case that forms the basis of RoadKill Radio’s Drive for Justice Internet webcast series.

In the Canadian trial, Mr. Justice Ian Binnie accepted as “fact” statements that were provably false, and for which no evidence was presented to the court. Further, the high court decision repeated those lies as though they were true, thus further slandering Mrs. Simpson.

Last year, retired Supreme Court of Canada Justice Ian Binnie was paid nearly NZ$414,000 (about C$345,000) to review a demand for compensation by a New Zealand man who had served 13 years in jail after being convicted of murdering five members of his own family—his parents and three siblings. His conviction was later overturned.

In his review, Judge Binnie recommended compensation. State broadcaster TVNZ reported that David Bain could be in line for a payout of up to NZ$2 million (C$1.67 million).

But the New Zealand Justice Minister, Judith Collins, sent the Binnie Report to a New Zealand QC for “peer review”; that review found that Judge Binnie had “exceeded his mandate”, and that:

• “…the principles to be applied to an inquiry of this kind… have been misunderstood in the Binnie Report; and … in consequence it would be unsafe to act upon the Binnie Report.”

• “Those errors have been compounded by the publicity given to … matters which ought to have been for Cabinet alone… “

• “Binnie J made fundamental errors of principle.”

• “The correct principles should now be applied to the evidence afresh.”

• “Binnie J criticised named individuals without giving them adequate opportunity to respond…” and

• the Binnie Report is vulnerable to judicial review.”

“…the report appeared to contain assumptions based on incorrect facts,” Collins said in a Dec. 11 press release, “It lacked a robustness of reasoning … to justify its conclusions.”

In a statement e-mailed to the magazine Canadian Lawyer, Judge Binnie, who is currently in Switzerland, called Collins’ news release a “political document.”

But Collins says she had raised concerns about Binnie’s report when she met with the former judge in September, and told him it would be peer reviewed.

“I also advised Justice Binnie the report must remain confidential, and it would be premature to release it until after Cabinet had made a decision on Mr. Bain’s claim,” she wrote in her statement.

“Since then, I have received from Justice Binnie, unsolicited, two further versions of his report.”

Interviewed at her office in Langley, BC, Kari Simpson said, “I’m happy to learn that the New Zealand government has experienced exactly the same corruption of the rule of law as I’ve pointed out to our Prime Minister, the Justice Minister and the Canadian Judicial Council, and how this sort of misconduct brings the judicial system into disrepute. This scandal bolsters the merits of my complaint.”

“This goes far beyond either David Bains’ case or mine,” she continued. “This reveals how the legal fraternity covers for its own, and yet another example of why the so-called ‘justice system’ in Canada urgently needs a public inquiry.

“Perhaps if the Prime Minister, Justice Minister and the CJC had acted on the red flags I raised, New Zealand could have saved itself nearly half a million dollars.”

Simpson has sent a letter to NZ Justice Minister Judith Collins, pointing out that “while on the bench of the Supreme Court of Canada, Mr. Justice Binnie wrote a decision that is fraught with unsupported findings of fact, lies treated as ‘facts’, manufactured evidence and… contextual chicanery.”

Statistics Canada has confirmed that 491 Canadian babies, born alive after failed abortions between 2000 and 2009, were left to die in cold steel basins, with no care at all.

Mary Ellen Douglas, National Organizer for Campaign Life Coalition, has called the revelation “outrageous”. Defenders of the supposedly constitutionally-defended “right to life” are calling for a federal investigation. So far, no response from our “won’t talk about abortion” Prime Minister.

The issues of the sanctity of life and our humanity will continue to knock on every politician’s door, and the knocks are getting louder, until such time as the door is opened. The fact is that the debate is long over do and the door is cracking and we here at RKR suspect these doors will be flung wide open in the near future. Dear Hon. Prime Minister and The Conservative Government of Canada:

It is very sad Hon. Prime Minister of Canada that you do not want to TALK about abortion, or listen to women like me who chose abortions and now live with the deep sorrow, remorse and tragic aftermath of legal abortions that have damaged my body, my mind and my soul.

I am outraged that our hard earned tax dollars are being WASTED and Abused on organizations that push the homosexual and lesbian agenda, push countries where abortion is still illegal to try to pressure and force them to legalize the shedding of innocent blood. It is horrible that you agree to pay over 50 MILLION dollars a year for the destruction of tiny Canadian children while in their mother’s womb. Yet, NOT one study reveals that an induced abortion is beneficial for women’s health!!

Abortion doctors are biased when it comes to abortion as they only benefit financially from inducing abortions in vulnerable pregnant women.

While dozens of credible world-wide studies confirm that legal induced abortions are linked to depression, suicides, substance abuse, pre-term births, breast and cervical cancer etc…!

Women have a RIGHT to KNOW about ALL of the RISK factors noted above, as well as the truth about fetal development-which we are not being informed of!

The Truth is Sirs/Madames that legal induced abortion is rarely a real medical necessity, but the majority of abortions are being used as a violent form of birth control.

Please stop wasting our money on organizations who already get millions of dollars annually from other sources such as the UN Population Fund and International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF.org), whose main agenda is pushing abortion into nations on demand, without restrictions, changing laws, and pushing sex education which results in more pregnancies, and more abortions…(good for their business); bad for women’s mental and reproductive health.

Please immediately stop funding for abortion as birth control, and please stop paying for EI benefits for women who have abortions.

As an expert on abortion, I would love to meet with you to discuss this vital issue so rampant in our generation.

Re:      Bravo, Minister Ambrose!

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

My name is Kari Simpson; I am a civil, informed Canadian. I am the mother of four responsible, accomplished, and now adult children whom I raised as a single parent; the oldest was 12 when their father became ill and passed away. I am also delighted to proclaim that my eighth grandchild is due in March. And yes, as my children were taught, my grandchildren are also being educated about their democratic and civil responsibilities to protect life and liberty. This includes voting.

I am also CEO of WOW Multi-Media corporation; President of a national organization called Culture Guard; host of RoadKill Radio News, an influential current affairs program on RoadKill Radio.com; a commercial pilot; and a feared and respected child and family advocate—among other endeavours. I do not attribute my successes to affirmative action or feminist gains, but rather to having the good fortune of coming from a long line of individuals strongly committed to the family unit, and made up of strong men and women who deal in reality, work hard, live responsibly and respect those who deserve respect.

I would like to add my voice to counter the noise created by the gaggle of feminist squawk-boxers who willingly display their ineptitude and their challenged view of reality by falsely claiming to represent me, my three daughters, and numerous other female members of our extended family, in matters that affect Canadian women.

My family’s work history details the events involving my great-aunts running mines in The Pas, Manitoba; my grandmother working to finance my grandfather’s inventions—some events going back 100 years ago, long before silly women started burning their bras.  The women in my family have accomplished these noteworthy successes, like so many others, without assistance from the state, or being given an unfair advantage by government programs crafted to discriminate against men; and they have done so without murdering our unborn children, abdicating our responsibilities as mothers, or requiring others to pay for our career choice expenses — e.g., daycare.

I have watched with growing distain the verbal assaults being hurled at Minister Ambrose by self-absorbed, feeble-brained radical feminists—both male and female — who operate from a platform that seemingly provides blinders and affords only a flat-earth view. The out-dated rhetoric of yesteryear relied upon by these squawking ninnies is about as useful as the shrill shriek of a faulty brake-pad, just before a crash.

Minister Rona Ambrose deserves enormous credit for her willingness to assure Canadians that she and 90 other elected leaders don’t fear seeking a factual, foundational understanding of the scientific realities associated with the genesis of life. She deserves the applause that is growing louder as more and more Canadians become informed about this intelligent, independently-minded stateswoman, who had the integrity to vote in favour of Motion 312—a vote to establish the truth.

You can appreciate how intellectually pathetic those 203 members are who voted against seeking to explore the scientific facts about human life. There has been no moment in the history of Parliament that so fully demonstrates the sad state of the factually-challenged cowards who wimpily kow-tow to the squawk-box bullies and shrieking ninnies. I find it ridiculous—and concerning—that elected officials would publicly demonstrate their willingness to embrace ignorance on such an important issue, clearly acquiescing to the unjustified fear generated by the natter of a few cultural terrorists.

You are right, Mr. Prime Minister: we don’t need a debate; we need a solution to an obvious problem—a problem that allows innocent children to be slaughtered. Canadians deserve to be factually informed. This violent crime against our nation’s innocent, unborn sons and daughters, Canada’s most vulnerable citizens, must end.

Please extend my deep appreciation to Minister Ambrose for establishing a credible and respectable standard in political leadership—for both women and men. Minister Ambrose, by courageously standing in support of Motion 312, spoke for me, my daughters, and my granddaughters—and on behalf of the overwhelming majority of informed women (and men) who abide in truth, act responsibility and deal in reality—something her ill-informed critics, parroting the retro-rhetoric-of-yesteryear, fear.

You are right, Mr. Prime Minister: we don’t need a debate; we need a solution to an obvious problem—a problem that allows innocent children to be slaughtered. Canadians deserve to be factually informed. This violent crime against our nation’s innocent, unborn sons and daughters, Canada’s most vulnerable citizens, must end.

Please extend my deep appreciation to Minister Ambrose for establishing a credible and respectable standard in political leadership—for both women and men. Minister Ambrose, by courageously standing in support of Motion 312, spoke for me, my daughters, and my granddaughters—and on behalf of the overwhelming majority of informed women (and men) who abide in truth, act responsibility and deal in reality—something her ill-informed critics, parroting the retro-rhetoric-of-yesteryear, fear.

demand for a parliamentary inquiry into judicial corruption

 

LANGLEY, BC, July 6, 2012 (RoadKillRadio.com)—BC social activist Kari Simpson has asked Prime Minister Stephen Harper for a parliamentary inquiry into judicial corruption in Canada’s courts.

Charging malfeasance by judges and lawyers in her own defamation lawsuit against broadcaster Rafe Mair, Simpson outlines in a letter to the Prime Minister details about judges who should not have been on the bench, other judges who covered for them, lawyers who failed to follow the rules in drafting her case, and how the Supreme Court changed the rules and then denied Simpson the right to have her case heard in light of the new legal test.

The record of corruption by both judges and lawyers illustrates why the public has lost faith in Canada’s justice system, Simpson says. “When the very people who are supposed to protect the Rule of Law bring the law into disrepute, it’s time for Parliament to act,” she says.

In her letter to the Prime Minister and the accompanying summary brief, Simpson draws attention to Section 101 of the Constitution Act, which gives Parliament the authority to set up a superior court of appeals whenever the justice system falls into disrepute. The 15 pointed questions she asks the Prime Minister to answer bring to light disturbing facts, and reveal a troubled and broken court system.

Simpson states: “I write to apprise you of a serious matter that requires your attention. The information contained herein details a level of corruption and contempt for the Rule of Law within our courts that can no longer be ignored. The egregious conduct blatantly and arrogantly displayed by those who are sworn members of the judiciary warrant, at the very least, a parliamentary inquiry.”

The troubling events detailed in Simpson’s letter and brief to the Prime Minister flow from a lawsuit she initiated in 1999 against former radio talk show host Rafe Mair and his radio station, CKNW.

Beginning in 1997, Mair had launched a two-year campaign of hate and lies about Simpson. He published more than 40 hate-filled editorials on air, in print, and on-line that maligned her, fabricating events that falsely represented her and her motives in her social advocacy work defending parents’ rights within the public school system.

The case eventually went to the Supreme Court of Canada. In its decision the SCC “modified” (i.e., changed) the legal test for a defence of “honest belief”—but failed to order a new trial so the facts of the case could be heard and considered according to the new test. Ironically, the case of WIC v. SIMPSON had been cited in a subsequent trial as a precedent that showed why a new trial should be ordered. But instead, the high court found in favour of Mair and restored the original trial judge’s decision.  However, the original trial judge was not qualified to preside over the case, because at the time she was herself embroiled in scandal that involved two similar defamation suits against her spouse, and her own culpability in the fraudulent conveyance of property in an unlawful attempt to protect the assets from legal claim.

The SCC also repeated from the bench demonstrably false accusations made by Mair against Simpson, thus compounding and bolstering the harm to her reputation.

Simpson names names in her briefing document. She accuses BC Supreme Court Justice Mary Marvyn Koenigsberg, Rafe Mair and Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin of the Supreme Court of Canada of publishing defamatory lies and violating the law. Simpson’s brief is meticulous in referencing dates and events, including a comparative timeline that demonstrates the illegal activities, bias and conflicts of the trial judge.

Simpson’s letter to the Prime Minister is only the kick-off in her Drive for Justice campaign, which she asserts is “a campaign that will not stop until justice is not only done, but seen to be done.” Simpson’s closing remarks to Harper clearly define the problem. She says, “The events detailed herein depict a constitutional calamity of epic proportions, and should deservedly shake the judicial establishment to its core.”

Prominent British Columbia social activist Kari Simpson—a spokesperson for you, if you believe, like most civil-minded Canadians, that conventional morality creates and protects social harmony—has written to Prime Minister Harper, asking him to provide the leadership his office demands, in protecting all Canadians’ freedom of expression, and their right to a fair and impartial hearing in our courts. In her letter, she draws to the Prime Minister’s attention, in what RoadKillRadio is calling Drive for Justice, some egregious violations of those rights.

In a defamation lawsuit that worked its way through the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeals, and finally to the Supreme Court of Canada, those rights were repeatedly violated… with the knowledge and complicity of other judges and lawyers.

Her questions include:

A judge of the BC Supreme Court—who has admitted financially supporting her “spouse” while he was using the Internet for (among other things) promoting hatred and contempt for Jews generally; and vilifying, defaming and libeling several prominent Jewish businessmen—at the same time, this same judge, presided over a defamation suit that involves a high-profile former lawyer—you know: a member of the legal “brethren”—a former MLA and provincial Cabinet Minister, and a member of the media who has publicly stated that he does not want influential Judeo-Christians (as the plaintiff is) to hold public office.

If that judge also transfers property title from her “spouse” to herself, so he escapes payment of a court-awarded judgement after he was found to have defamed the Jewish businessmen, isn’t that called “fraudulent conveyance”? And doesn’t that vitiate the protection afforded judges, which they have only as long as they are “of good behaviour”, according to the Constitution Act?

Question 1 – Don’t the ethical standards of the Canadian Judicial Council require that a judge, when personally embroiled in such conflicts, must disqualify herself from a case that is similar in fact—i.e., defamation involving religious bigotry?

Question 2 – Should the Chief Justice of the BC Supreme Court, also a member of the Canadian Judicial Council, preside over a legal matter involving one of his own judges?

Question 3 – Doesn’t a party to a legal proceeding have the right to know what legal test they have to meet in court? If the Supreme Court of Canada changes the legal test in mid-trial, as Chief Justice McLachlin did in this case, isn’t there a obligation to allow the parties to the trial to re-state their case, incorporating the new standard?

Question 4 – What gives justices of the high court the right to repeat lies that defame an individual, and to embellish them, as happened in this case?

Question 5 – How can the Canadian Judicial Council be trusted to investigate its own activities? How can the legal “brethren” be trusted to sit in judgement of their own activities?

But the most important question of all in Mrs. Simpson’s letter to the Prime Minister is this:

Will you call for a parliamentary enquiry into this evidence of judicial corruption and mocking of the Rule of Law?

When judicial independence is abused to protect those who violate judicial probity, there must be a venue of appeal and accountability beyond the courts themselves; that is the essence of our Drive for Justice. There is a famous precedent in Canadian law: in 1929, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that women were not “persons” in law. Five spunky women from Alberta appealed that ruling to the Privy Council at Westminster, which at that time had authority to review Supreme Court decisions; Canadians lost that right of appeal in 1947, and it has never been replaced. The loss of that right—to appeal to a body that is accountable to the Constitution—was a deficiency in Prime Minister Trudeau’s 1982 Constitution Act. That deficiency still needs to be corrected today.

Will the Prime Minister act to protect the integrity of the judicial system and the confidence of the Canadian people in the administration of law?
