August 21, 2012 (RKR News)—RoadKill Radio, a feisty free-speech, pro-life and pro-family North American news and public affairs Internet site that has now posted more than three million on-line hits, announced today that they have successfully quashed attempts by a convicted sex offender to silence them.

Earlier this month, a registered sex offender convicted for sexually abusing a minor male persuaded Vimeo, the on-line hosting service used by RoadKillRadio.com, to take down more than 200 videos produced by RKR; he alleged that one video, a news report about his million-dollar lawsuit against Brian Camenkar of MassResistance—a pro-truth organization in Massachusetts—was “discriminatory” and violated a fraudulently obtained restraining order he possessed.

When Vimeo received the sex offender’s complaint, they quickly took down that RKR interview—only informing RoadKill Radio after the fact.

RKR General Manger, Jim Lawter appealed to Vimeo, asking them to clarify their position; but there was initially no response from Vimeo. Then, when RKR uploaded a new, updated interview with Camenkar, Vimeo accused RKR of “re-posting” a deleted video (which was untrue) and further notified RKR that they had reviewed other videos and found them to be in “violation of section 7 of the terms and conditions of their contract.” Vimeo went on to advise RKR that all of their videos had been removed, and RoadKill Radio would be prohibited from renewing their contract with them.

RKR News host and free speech warrior Kari Simpson is no stranger to the tactics of lies and misinformation used by sex activists to manipulate the gay-dumb media to pander to the sex activists’ agenda. Unlike most civil-minded Canadians, who typically wither and retreat, Simpson fired off a letter to the American run corporation Vimeo demanding that they honour their contract; RKR then retained Charles LiMandri, a respected American lawyer who is a noted defender of the law and the Constitution’s protection of free speech. Mr. LiMandri sent a follow-up demand to Vimeo.

RoadKill Radio General Manager Jim Lawter said the news site’s efforts to reverse the deletion were materially helped by two important news services: LifeSite News and Sun News Network ; and by RoadKill Radio’s global network of fans and supporters. Further, by Brian Camenkar of Mass Resistance who courageously posted the video interview on his website after Vimeo removed it. Lawter states: “We have been overwhelmed by the response and support generated by this important free speech battle. Clearly, Sun News Network and LifeSite News are crucial news agencies that have filled the information gap created by a lazy conventional media that is either clueless or too cowardly to report about important matters affecting our freedoms and liberties.”

Lawter added, “As far as we can determine, those were the only news outlets in all of Canada that had the journalistic integrity and courage to stand up to the bullies and report the truth.”

Early this morning Charles S. LiMandri advised RoadKill Radio that Vimeo had reversed their decision and restored all of RoadKill Radio’s videos, which can again be viewed at RoadKillRadio.com; and further, that they will honour the renewed contract they have with RKR.

It is a good day for truth.

Culture Guard: Human Rights Tribunal Complaint Against the VSB

Have you heard of these “gender swap days” in public schools? I guess the teachers want our kids to get more in touch with their feminine or masculine sides, respectively. Or gay side. Or … aren’t there supposed to be like 6 genders nowadays? Let’s not exclude anybody!

Or is this to break down the natural boundaries of a kid’s self-identity? Remove their self esteem… confuse their role in society…

Or maybe it’s just to recruit kids for political sex activism.

Whatever.

What this always turns out to be is a free pass to parody and demean the opposite sex, as well as once again pick on gays and lesbians. I mean, the poor transgendered kids are confused enough; why force them to dress according to their own gender? And do we really need to create MORE reasons for kids to bully each other in school?

Why are these events invariably promoted in pink? Not pink and blue, which might suggest the two genders that are being swapped. Not even a gender neutral green. Pink seems… well, shaded… toward a certain ideology, don’t you think?

But please: no more rainbows! Lucky Charms, My Little Pony, Peter Max, the Beatles, the Rainbow Coalition, Mac… (TV test bars) … yeah, that, too. The meaning of the rainbow has long ago become a contrived commercial joke.

What about really broadening our kids’ horizons? Psychologists are now saying that pedophilia is just another sexual orientation, akin to homosexuality. What about having pedophile-for-a-day? High school kids could hassle kindergarteners. Fun!

What about fat kids and skinny kids swapping for a day? Surely nobody would belittle a fat kid because he or she couldn’t pull off the switch convincingly!

Why not racial switch day? Black face isn’t insulting to anybody, is it?

What about religion swapping? Christians, Muslims, Jews and Atheists can all wear each others costumes and continue to condemn each other to Hell. No potential for mocking there, is there?

What about a rich kid / poor kid switcheroo? Nah, the poor kids couldn’t afford rich kid costumes, and the rich kids would never take public transportation to school.

What about physical disabilities? Kids can wear fake cleft lips, s-s-stutter, race down the halls in wheelchairs… lots of warm fuzzy affinity to be had, I’m sure.

Hey, what about dropping all the sex-themed costume parties and teaching our kids how to read and write? Isn’t that politically correct enough for you?

These kids need to get into college and then into the workplace, and unless they’re all planning to become costume designers and make-up artists, they need to concentrate on basic math skills, not how to accessorize.

Aren’t there mandates to keep politics out of public school classrooms? That should apply to political correctness, as well.

This is the third of our 3-part series dedicated to Vancouver Police Chief Constable Jim Chu, whose police force has once again shown its bias and unprofessionalism in dealing with serious complaints from citizens.

Culture Guard President Kari Simpson presents to Ron Gray inter-office emails from the VPD that prove a personal bias against Mrs. Simpson. Inspector Mario Giardini clearly tells others inside and outside the police department that Mrs. Simpson is a liar, which alone is an actionable case of libel unless he can prove his statements to be true. To compound his error, Giardini calls on “the community” to send “a strong message” to Kari. Isn’t it punishable by law to incite someone to commit acts of violence against another?

All the while, the VPD was conducting a sham “investigation” of charges that they made up and attributed to Kari Simpson, further impugning her integrity.

Chief Chu, is the Vancouver Police Department completely out of your control, or do you endorse this behaviour by your subordinates?

  Ron Gray questions Canada’s ability to preserve the integrity of the ballot. While Elections Canada goes to great lengths ensuring that everyone registers to vote, does it apply nearly the same effort to ensure that votes are cast and counted legally?

 

  Does voting by mail or by voucher taint actual voting results? Are voting vouchers being sold for a quick buck? Who benefits from such time-tested and underhanded tactics? Certainly not democracy!

 

  Who needs “robocalls” when Elections Canada is too lax to monitor and prevent more obvious avenues of voter fraud?
