The court order, initiated by an individual named Mr. Flanders, was deemed to have been based on erroneous information supplied by Mr. Flanders, who claims to be on Welfare and therefore able to spend all his time at reduced court costs to file endless lawsuits against people, organizations, and corporations with which he disagrees. Vexatious litigation is examined in this episode. Also discussed is the upcoming U.S. Presidential election.
