  1. My entry for BC Judges Quasi or other wise.
the RTO has some bad or (crazy) people employed.
At least one the pseudo-judge, is mentally unstable.
    these are favourite appointments.
The Suzan Bell spelled like the prince george MLA- Bell was head of Residential Tenancy Branch until very recently.
That MLA Bell held the housing and construction ministry now Under Rich Colman’s portfolio, MS Bell is now head of lotto 649.

I guess when friends and family are getting the top jobs you don’t have to be qualified, same as an MLA does not have to be a lawyer to be head of justice .
The people are not qualified to be acting as Judges when there is no job description for the DRO, I don’t blame the Shota family for not paying.
We have over 25 years of leaking condo history. And owners have been doing repairs as needed.

So while we may think moving around their friends to different jobs it should be considered before a huge mistake like the ferries.
A million dollars for David Han and we still have historic low levels of ridership.
The laws suck like “no recording of proceedings”
DRO are all trained to have the same answers trust me and “MY chicken scratches”. An argument in court to keep their arse covered.
No steno requirements for the job. the government claims the reason is “storage”.
I put together my own digital recording and copy to CD for under $150.00. and can store a brief on a couple CD’s
And I have proof the DRO do make mistakes transcribing to their “written Decisions”
which can only be overturned by The Supreme courts if you can afford a lawyer.
The rules of “evidence” can be and are ignored.
The DRO has no math requirements and no Business experience.
They make enough money to own their own homes and do not understand RENTING.
The BC.ombudsman and BC. human rights do not or will not investigate, “Other” tribunals .
I know of a couple people that have experienced a DRO screaming with delusions of being “Judge Judy”.
Yes the Residential Tenancy Branch needs an over- haul.
When perjury is proven they Ignore with statements of “I am not going there.”
The DRO can spout Law from a book and stroke it away the next day.
The Residential Tenancy Branch is broken because of friendship appointments and legislation designed to protect itself before either
landlords or tenents and no job description outlining responciblility to lady justice and the people. Instruction in the use of scales of justice is really needed.
The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal is an independent, quasi-judicial body . And what does Quasi mean.

  2. elevator repair man tells me smart meters blew up elevator here in Abby
    fire’s in Hope and Nanimo.
Firedepartment demands UL rating for monitor system but smart fire starters okay WTF.

    other cities opting out

Stop and think twice, or use your carpenter training cut once measure twice.

Metal heart valves a real big problem being ignored.
