    one technical observation… that Mark is looking at a ?camera? that makes it look like he’s not looking at the viewers? Anything you can do about that?

      Thanks for your observation! This is an intentional production technique used by several webcast/televised radio shows, designed to focus on the guest and topic rather than the host.
