Bill Whatcott joins Kari Simpson to discuss his latest court victory. On March 30th Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Paul Jeffrey heard arguments by Crown prosecutor Andrew Barg but as Mr. Whatcott’s lawyer rose to argue his client’s case, Justice Jeffrey told defence lawyer Dale Fedorchuk he did not have to hear from him. Justice Jeffrey then dismissed the appeal against William Whatcott! Congratulations again Bill, this is an important case and a great, on-going story. Log on and get the facts!
