The Missing Women’s Commission of Inquiry convened in Vancouver to examine what can be done to protect potential victims of predators like serial killer Robert Pickton, who operated right under the noses of local police with impunity for at least 7 years. Why is this Commission excluding input from groups like the Aboriginal Women’s Action Network that represent the victims’ voices? Is this another cover-up, or just further evidence that the police just don’t get it?
